About MSK Hotels

Owners who run their hotels from the property.

Everybody starts somewhere. Ours is here in the Kansas City metro, with owners who are on site and invested.

Our vision

To be the Kansas City metro's most trusted owner-operator, a company brands approve with confidence and owners choose for accountability.

Our mission

To put the right team on every property, invest in the product and run the brand's playbook, then measure and report it transparently.

Owner-operator philosophy

The people who sign the note run the hotel.

A hotel is won or lost in small daily decisions: a room held back for a deep clean, a rate held on a sold-out weekend, a guest issue answered before the survey goes out. Those decisions are made best by people who are present, who own the outcome and who have made them before.

MSK Hotels is owned by Dhaval Pandya, Moonga Pandya and Bharat Sutariya, MD. Between them they bring hands-on multi-property operations, capital and technology leadership, and a track record of acquiring and improving hotels.

"An owner-operator doesn't pay a third party to make the decisions it can make on site."

01

Local & Present

The principals live in the Kansas City metro, and every hotel we own or oversee is in it. We hear guests, associates and corporate accounts directly, not through a monthly report.

02

An Owner's Accountability

The people who sign the note run the hotel. Staffing, capital and service-recovery decisions are made the way owners make them, with the long-term value of the asset in view.

03

Step by Step, With Data

We diagnose from guest data, fix the biggest cause first, and measure the result before moving to the next. Our Liberty renovation shows the method at work.

Step by step, with data

A method, not a mood.

Every improvement at an MSK hotel follows the same four-step loop.

I

Diagnose

Start from what guests and associates actually say, using surveys, cases and reviews, not assumptions.

II

Fix the biggest cause first

Put people, process or capital where the data says the largest problem sits.

III

Measure the result

Track the change against brand standards and our own plan before declaring success.

IV

Move to the next

Only then take on the next cause, with the same discipline and the same reporting.
